Before we approve any pilot, we must know them very well and they will have to complete the following courses with satisfactory result:
Personal Development Assessment (P.D.A) & Strategic Networking & Effective Networking workshop (S.N.E.P)
For those pilots that have the right attitude, skills and knowledge, we offer a Professional Assisted Career contract (P.A.C). As part of the P.A.C we will coach the pilot and make our network available. We are aware that if we start recommending candidates that are not of high calibre, then it will damage our reputation. That is why the P.A.C contact is only an opportunity for those we really believe in and can recommend – we class it as being “Pro Pilots Approved”.
All pilots in CrewPool, a setup we offer with our partner GreyBird Aviation Academy, are “Pro Pilots Approved”.

No cost for you and no “middle man” concept
Should you welcome an application from a Pro Pilots Approved pilot there will be no extra cost for you. Should you wish to offer a contract to the pilot we require no “finders fee”.

We can provide you with 24/7 access to our database of available approved pilots. If you have specific requirements we can modify the database to only show candidates that meet your requirements.
